The Australian Mango forecast and dispatch volumes are collected and compiled by the AMIA team with input from growers and packhouses across the country. Grower participation is essential to ensure accuracy. Each year, the forecast typically covers 75–85% of national production. The data collected plays a vital role in planning and logistics across the supply chain, analysing market trends, developing marketing strategies, and improving visibility of national production volumes. Forecasts are updated regularly to reflect seasonal changes in expected volumes and harvest timing. Weekly dispatch data is collected from contributing businesses and integrated into the reporting.
For the 2025/26 season, crop reporting will be delivered in two formats to better meet industry needs and recognise the contributions of participating businesses:
