'Guidelines for the management of microbial food safety in fruit packing houses' was developed by Western Australia Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development in November 2002.

This document is designed to provide practical guidance on how to minimise microbial contamination and food safety risks in packing houses and may be useful in minimising the risk of resin canal discolouration.
