The 2025 Australian Mango Retail Guide provides comprehensive best-practice recommendations for the handling, display, and merchandising of mangoes in retail environments. This guide equips retailers with the knowledge required to optimise fruit quality, enhance customer experience, and maximise sales throughout the mango season. It includes detailed insights into varietal characteristics, ripening indicators, temperature management, and nutritional benefits—ensuring mangoes are presented at their very best.
SECOND EDITION RELEASED
The Mango Quality Assessment Manual for assessing the post-harvest quality of Australian mangoes has been updated. This second edition includes new information and photographs of both existing and emerging quality defects, providing a practical framework for evaluating mango quality across the supply chain.
